These terms describe the expected use of InboxPilot, including AI-assisted triage, connected Gmail actions, and beta limitations.
InboxPilot is an email triage application that helps users organize and act on mailbox messages. You are responsible for the email accounts you connect and the actions you approve.
AI-generated classifications, summaries, and reply drafts are suggestions only. Review all outputs before relying on them or sending any reply.
By connecting Gmail or another provider, you authorize InboxPilot to access the provider data needed to provide triage, task, reply, and user-approved email actions. You can disconnect a provider from the Connections page.
InboxPilot may read recent Gmail messages, send replies, and archive messages only after you grant access. Sending and archive actions require explicit approval in the app before they are performed.
You retain responsibility for email content, task notes, draft replies, and feedback you save in InboxPilot. Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for promptly disconnecting provider access if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your use of InboxPilot is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how InboxPilot handles Gmail data, AI processing, stored workflow data, and user controls.
InboxPilot is an early product and may change over time. Features may be incomplete, unavailable, or modified as the product is improved.
InboxPilot is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. The app does not guarantee that every important email will be detected or prioritized correctly.

InboxPilot may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
